NON-RESIDENT 16 HOUR INITIAL
ONLINE CCW APPLICATION COURSE
This course is intended to be taken by people residing outside of California that want to obtain a
license to carry while visiting the State of California.
This course meets all of the requirements in the California penal code outlining the requirements
for the 16 hour course as required by California law. The student will still need to perform a
live-fire shoot that will be provided by the agency with whom they apply.
The student should be applying with an agency in the area that they will be visiting within
California within the subsequent 12 months of the licensing process.
